Description:

• "IN" call:
  when all kites form a -closed- polygon
• Center of the polygon at about ^22<>0. All kites simultaneously turn 90° c.c.w., centerpoint of the turn the rght wingtips. Inmediately after the turn all kites fly a straight line of at least 15°.
• "OUT" call:
  at the end of that straight line.
