"IN" is called when the kite is flying horizontally towards center window, at ^60<55. At ^60>40 a sharp turn is made, after which the kite is flying towards ^10<25. At that point another sharp turn is performed. In this way the star will be completed. The kite should cross the horizontal line at ^60<40. "OUT" is called when the kite has flown 15% after crossing the horizontal line.
